According to data compiled by Chinatungsten Online from the General Administration of Customs, from January to March 2026, China's exports of tungsten products (excluding cemented carbide tools and tungsten halogen lamps) totaled 2,547.44 tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 23.20% compared to the same period in 2025; the cumulative export value reached RMB 2.248 billion, up 123.62% year-on-year.

From January to March 2026, China exported:
Other tungsten oxides & hydroxides, nes: 320.00 tons, a year-on-year increase of 102.83%.
Sodium tungstate: 2,000 kg, a year-on-year increase of 100.00%.
Carbides of tungsten: 518.43 tons, a year-on-year increase of 77.80%.
Tungsten wire: 94.65 tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.02%.
Tungstic acid: 38.40 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 34.25%.
Tungsten trioxides: 60.00 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 81.84%.
Tungsten hexafluoride: 102.05 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.01%.
Ammonium paratungstate: 2,000 kg, a year-on-year decrease of 98.37%.
Ammonium metatungstate: 401.52 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 28.56%.
Ferro-tungsten: 434.95 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 29.63%.
Tungsten powders: 159.55 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 61.16%.
Unwrought tungsten, including bars & rods obtained simply by sintering: 147.50 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 47.50%.
Tungsten waste and scrap: 58.41 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 45.16%.
Bars & rods, exclude those obtained simply by sintering; profiles, plates, etc: 99.57 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 13.55%.
Ferro-silico-tungsten: 2,000 kg, with no recorded exports in the same period last year.
Additionally, from January to March 2026, China exported:
Knives and cutting blades, for machines or for mechanical appliances, of metal carbides, coated or plated: 364.16 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.00%.
Other knives and cutting blades, for machines or for mechanical appliances, of metal carbides: 424.69 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 8.59%.
