According to data compiled by CTIA GROUP LTD from the United States Geological Survey, by the end of 2025, global rare earth reserves were approximately 85 million tons, a decrease of 5.56% year-on-year. Among them, China has the largest rare earth reserves, reaching 44 million tons, unchanged year-on-year, accounting for 51.76% of the global total reserves; Brazil's rare earth reserves were approximately 21 million tons, unchanged year-on-year. In 2025, global rare earth production was approximately 390,000 tons, an increase of 2.63% year-on-year. Among them, China had the largest rare earth production at 270,000 tons, unchanged year-on-year, accounting for 69.23% of global total production; the United States' rare earth production was approximately 51,000 tons, an increase of 12.09% year-on-year.
